Refund Policy

At Horizon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.

  1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  2. Initiation: Refunds must be requested within 3 days from the date of receiving your Horizon item. To initiate a refund, please contact us via customerservice@usehorizon.us.

  3. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider's policies.

Exclusions: Since we cover all shipping and delivery costs, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is received damaged or defective.
